Individual assessment
Depending on the method we choose together, leadership assessments will provide insights into your individual style, strengths and potential growth areas. Assessments are typically administered and debriefed in 3 months, and will include a development action plan. Assessments may stand alone or be followed by a leadership coaching engagement designed to support your ongoing development journey.
